What a journey!
I left my 11+ years of corporate career to pursue my passion for interior design. Coming from an engineering background, I was a bit reluctant to go for any online course as I had a lot of doubts if I would get the required help, but I’m glad I decided to go with IDI.
Starting from module 1, I could see how well laid out the entire format was. If I had any confusion or needed better clarity, my tutor always helped me with it. Any communication, be it with student services or my tutor, was answered promptly & with the exact required information.
I can’t thank enough my tutor Vicki Mullins as she provided me with tremendous insightful feedback on each & every module, even the tiniest detail possible. She highlighted it to me, which made me aware of so many things I was unaware of. During my course, my tutor was off for a brief period of time & hence I got to work with different tutors for a few assignments & I was amazed to see the same level of support from everyone.
In a nutshell, it was WORTH every penny!!! I would strongly recommend anyone out there looking for any courses on Interior Design to go with IDI without a single doubt, as it’s a strong community with great tutors & exceptional student group support.
Thanks to each & every team member of the IDI team, who helped me attain all the required skills to take a leap of faith & follow my passion with courage & conviction!

A decade after working as a software professional taught me about life's hardships accompanied by huge bucks. But, the missing space was filled only after I pursued my lifelong ambition of getting a diploma in interior design.
This course is so perfectly designed that anyone without knowledge or background in interiors can pursue and understand this. The course structure is perfectly aligned, starting with basics to advanced knowledge, and you gain immense confidence and knowledge after completing every module. I never felt any obstructions or a lack of guidance to understand anything throughout the process.
This course helped me with all the essential skills and knowledge required to make an impact as an Interior Designer.

I was looking for a formal Interior Design degree online from quite some time.
After doing my due research I came across the Diploma offered by the Interior Design Institute and after going through this website I was impressed with the structure of the course.
It doesn't only give us all the theoretical knowledge about various design concepts but also allows us to have hands-on experience working on live projects which further infuses our understanding of the concept.
The course also equips you with the skills required to start your Interior Business in the form of helping you make your portfolio, talk to prospective customers, building your contract etc.
The course is well programmed and should be undertaken by anyone who is looking to peruse a career in interior design or wants to expand their knowledge on the same.

My overall experience of the course has been well beyond my expectations. The content of the modules is exceptionally good and thorough. However, what truly differentiated this course over any other online course I ever did, was my mentor - Wendy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the subject, very approachable & responsive, and always provided detailed, to the point & informative feedback.
Assignments have been designed carefully to make sure we are able to apply our learning in practice. Another differentiating factor has been the Facebook community page of Interior Design Institute's all past & present students. The IDI student community is quite active. I always got quick responses, suggestions & guidance whenever I asked any questions. I also follow IDI's Instagram feed & stories, which are always full of creative ideas. I had a couple of occasions to ask favors of IDI's admin team, and they too were quite helpful & accommodating.
I would give 5/5 stars to this course, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a career in Interior Designing.

My experience with this course was beyond my expectations!
Initially when I enrolled, I was unsure whether this course would help me grow as an Interior Designer in the Indian market, however, once I joined the Interior Design Institute's private Facebook Group, I began to meet other's from India also completing the course. It was wonderful to connect with them and this gave me the confidence and reassurance that I was heading along the right path.
My tutor, has always supported me and answered each and every query with patience.
Student Support has also shown full support and were always there to help me.
This Institute is surely not for money or fame. They are truly making the best Designers all over the world, with their team's dedication and hard work.

It was a really fun loving experience while studying the Modules which were very informative and interesting.
The language was very simple and straight forward to understand. Pictures and examples in the Module topics were excellent, and well put in place to give immediate insight into the depth of the topic discussed.
I found that reading through the modules was never boring, and I was very excited to see what was going to be presented next.
My tutor was very helpful and his advice and feedback after grading each Assignment, it was really valuable as it offered real life situations and solutions. His experience in the industry really showed in his comments.

Being a mom to a toddler, I was looking for a formal training in interior design, hoping to set out in the field when my child starts school.
IDI fulfilled more than my expectations from a formal course. The fees are reasonable. The tutors are warm, kind, and lovingly critical. Their valuable feedback is very detailed, honest, insightful. It has been a wonderful experience going through this fabulous course.
The modules are comprehensive. Previously I had a tough time understanding the design language. Now when I go through reputed magazines and works of well known interior designers, I understand the design and context of the work. After completion of my course, I discovered a methodical approach to my work which is very helpful.
This year was not good in terms of pandemics. When everything was slowing down, I got a brilliant opportunity to work with my passion when I discovered the interior design course online from Interior Design Institute. I was a little skeptical before I enrolled in the course, thinking if it would be worth it. Would it deliver what it promises? Despite all, I took the plunge and it delivered beyond my expectation.

It was such a great experience learning with IDI. The modules were very comprehensive and imparted a great amount of information.
It's impossible to get that knowledge if you try to search for it on the internet. Every Assignment pushed you to do your research, go back and forth through the Modules, making sure that every bit of information is nicely understood and imparted to the students.
