As the head tutor at IDI, Vicki has a wealth of knowledge and now leads our education team, in addition to hosting various online workshops for our students.
She is a people-orientated leader and mentor with a keen interest in empowering students to reach their full potential and become future designers.
For over a decade, Wendi has supported students on their interior design journey at IDI.
Before commencing her career in interior design, Wendi had a twenty-five-year career in theatre, working in costume and set design, which took her all around the world and developed her love for interior design.
Wendi is passionate about education and finds it rewarding to pass on her extensive knowledge to her students.
Jasmine brings over ten years of experience in interior design and the online learning industry. She is the facilitator of our online workshops, manages our social platforms and beautifies our course curriculum.
Jasmine draws on her extensive experience and knowledge to create and drive change by energising and influencing students.
She is passionate about the world of interiors, living mindfully and providing wholesome learning experiences.
Linda has over twenty years of experience teaching interior design and working in the industry.
In addition to being a freelance artist, Linda has been a guest presenter since 2017 and is a member of the Design Institute of Australia and the National Association for the Visual Arts.
She is a passionate design educator known for her empathetic mentoring style and specialises in teaching design fundamentals and methodology, colour and drawing.
Rebecca Gross is a design historian, freelance researcher, and writer specialising in design, architecture and visual culture.
She studies cultural history through the lens of architecture and design and holds a Masters in the History of Decorative Arts and Design and a Bachelors in Marketing.
Rebecca has more than fifteen years of experience in the industry and is a certified Professional Historian (Associate) accredited by the Professional Historians Association Inc.
Under her company name, form and colour, Wende Reid practices architectural, interior and furniture design and fine art consulting. She began her career in New York and now practices in Sydney.
She has been awarded twice for excellence in her designs. During her career, she has held licensing agreements in the US and Europe, under her own trademark and for clients.
She has developed numerous best-selling collections in decorative textiles, wallpaper, bed linen, rugs, lighting, dinnerware and flatware.
I thoroughly enjoyed the diploma course. I found the mixture of video content and reading material to be engaging.
